How do we go from idea to production and delivery of sustainable corporate apparel?
How does a collaboration with Unrobe work? What steps do we go through to arrive at the perfect product together? From creative idea to proud employee who enjoys wearing Unrobe workwear. We share our 5 process steps with you.
Step 1. Your needs
You first. During an initial meeting we will discuss your wishes for sustainable corporate wear. Maybe you already have a certain design in mind, maybe you prefer to leave that to us. Dozens of samples in our office will give you a good idea of what is possible. From qualities to models and different printing techniques. Together we will discuss what is important to you. Think of comfort, appearance, durability and the right fabrics.
Step 2. Our ideas
Unrobe presents the ideas, designs and materials. We take care of the whole process for you, from design to delivery. This allows you as a company to focus on what you do best. We like to think along with you about what is important for your company. For example, for our client Wajer we make polo shirts from UV-resistant and breathable material (Coolmax) that dries quickly. Important, we think. But also waterproof jackets for on the water. We make the clothing functional, comfortable and with the right look for your company that will last for years. Together we arrive at the perfect product.
Step 3. The samples
The chosen materials and design ideas are sent to the factory in Europe for the production of the first samples. We also make size set samples in all sizes so that we can organize a fitting session for the staff. This allows you as a company to order in a more focused way and you are not unexpectedly stuck with too many clothes in the less popular sizes.
Step 4. In production
When everyone is 100% satisfied with the samples and the final adjustments are made, we enter the production phase. We are in close contact with our factories and make regular visits. We keep you informed about the status of production. Because we produce in Europe we can always deliver quickly. When production is finished, we have it inspected by an independent party. This way we guarantee 100% high quality and you don't have to worry about anything else. We take care of everything.
Step 5. Ready to wear
The clothing is ready and delivered to you. So nice to see that the employees are so happy with Unrobe's sustainable corporate clothing.
